Do you deliver?


Yes we can deliver and collect. Please let us know if you require this service and it will be added to your quote. 

Your order will be delivered to the address provided in boxes and will need to be safely re-boxed ready for collection

Can you set everything up?


Yes we do offer a styling and take-down service subject to availability.

Can we come and have a look? 


Certainly! 

Please get in touch to arrange a date to visit us and take a look at a sample of the collection. 

How long can we have things for? 


Standard hire term is 3 days, delivered the day before your event and collected the day afterwards. 

Flexible delivery and collection times can be arranged.  

Do we have to wash up? 


No, please leave that to us. 

The collection is delicate and needs to be washed and checked by hand. 

This service is included in the hire price. 

What happens if something gets broken?


A fully refundable damages deposit will be added to your invoice. 

Any breakages will be deducted from this deposit and the remainder returned to you within 10 working days. 

What are the payment terms?


50% of your hire costs are payable upon booking to secure your date, the remaining 50%, any additional services and the damages deposit are due 30 days before delivery. 

How do we pay?


Payment can be via cash, cheque, BACS or Paypal (please note there is an extra charge for Paypal payments)  

Can we collect from you?


Of course, collection from

can be arranged.
